Senator Paul J. Utke called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3699: Senator Abeler: Hospice respite and end-of-life care medical assistance benefit for individuals under the age of 22 establishment.

Senator Abeler moved SF 3699.

 

Senator Abeler moved the A-1 Amendment be adopted. Motion prevailed.

Senator Nelson motioned an oral amendment to the A-15 Amendment, pg. 5 ln. 30 after the first semicolon insert "and" and delete ";and 152.25, subdivision 2". Motion adopted.
