Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:34 A.M., March 23, 2022 in Room 1200 of the Minnesota Senate Building. A quorum was present.

H.F. 2819: Senator Ruud: Snowmobile and off-highway vehicle provisions violations civil penalties increase.

Senator Ruud presented HF 2819. 

Tom Bottern and Ben Stanley, Senate Counsel, reviewed the language.  

Dan Mueller, Senate Fiscal Analyst, reveiwed the fiscal note. 

Bob Mueller, Deputy Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR), testified.

Senator Johnson moved that H.F. 2819, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION PREVAILED.
