Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 1:02pm.

S.F. 3993: Senator Draheim: Grant authorization and appropriation to create urgency rooms for mental health emergencies.

Senator Wiklund moved the bill, SF3993, before the committee.

Senators Draheim and Isaacson presented the bill. 

 

Senator Wiklund moved to adopt the A-3 amendment. 

The motion prevailed and the A-3 amendment was adopted to SF3993.
