Present: Senator Jason Rarick - Chair, Senator Gene Dornink - Vice Chair, Senator Michael P. Goggin, Senator Jason Isaacson, Senator Jennifer A. McEwen

Absent: No Members Absent

Chairman, Senator Jason Rarick called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3413: Senator Rarick: Licensed residential building contractor permission to receive an installation seal for the installation of used manufactured homes; used manufactured home may bear a label or a data plate clarification.

Senator Rarick moved that S.F. 3413 come before the committee.

Senator Rarick moved the A-5 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED and the A-5 AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Senator Rarick moved that S.F. 3413, as amended, be recommended to pass. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

 


S.F. 3881: Senator Rarick: Department of Labor and Industry and Minnesota Management and Budget appropriation.

Senator Rarick moved that S.F. 3881 come before the committee.
