Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 11:52am.

S.F. 16: Senator Draheim: Housing finance agency housing challenge program appropriation.

Senator Pratt moved the A-21 Amedment. Motion prevailed.

Daniel Mueller, Senate Counsel, explained the specifics of the bill.

Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 16, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
