S.F. 1715: Senator Kiffmeyer: Congressional and legislative districts redistricting principles establishment.

The Committee heard discussion.

 

1.1 Senator Kiffmeyer moves to amend S.F. No. 1715 as follows:​

1.2 Page 1, after line 6, insert:​

1.3 "Subdivision 1. Applicability; constitutional duty of legislature. The principles in this​

1.4 section apply to legislative districts."​

1.5 Renumber the subdivisions in sequence
