Senator Carla J. Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:32am

S.F. 68: Senator Osmek: Income and corporate franchise temporary tax credit for businesses required to close or operate at reduced capacity.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1926: Senator Jasinski: Season ticket purchasing rights to collegiate events sales and use tax exemption authorization.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 448: Senator Tomassoni: Floodwood local sales and use tax imposition authorization.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2026: Senator Frentz: Income tax temporary credit for solar energy systems.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 918: Senator Weber: Income tax credit for ethanol retailers.

Senator Bakk moved the a-1 amendment.

 

The a-1 amendment was adopted.


As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1102: Senator Bakk: Legislative Tax Expenditure Review Commission establishment; proposed tax expenditures expiration requirement; Department of Revenue tax expenditure report requirements modification.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1102, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 1708: Senator Coleman: Individual income tax addition for K-12 tuition plan distributions repeal.

Senator Coleman offered the a-1 amendment.

 

The a-1 amendment was adopted.


As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 934: Senator Nelson: Individual income tax child care professional supply and retention credit; appropriation.

Senator Nelson moved the a-1 amendment.
