Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:02

S.F. 1137: Senator Rarick: Alternatives to incarceration pilot program expansion to facilitate access to local programs to address technical violations by nonviolent controlled substance offenders; appropriating money.

Senator Kiffmeyer moves the A-1 authors amendment.

Amendment adopted.
