Present: Senator Andrew Mathews - Chair, Senator Warren Limmer - Vice Chair, Senator Bruce D. Anderson, Senator Karla Bigham, Senator Jim Carlson, Senator Mark Johnson, Senator Ron Latz, Senator Torrey N. Westrom

Senator Andrew Mathews called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM.

Call to Order


S.F. 1470: Senator Draheim: Executive Order 20-79 nullification; landlord and tenant law gubernatorial modifications prohibition; phaseout of the eviction moratorium authorization.

S.F. 1446: Senator Coleman: Drivers license and identification cards data dissemination for social security card applications authorization.

Senator Kiffmeyer presents SF 1446 on behalf of Senator Coleman

Senator Limmer moves that SF 1446 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Transportation.

 

Voicevote; Motion prevails and the bill is passed.

S.F. 1467: Senator Limmer: Legislative Commission on Data Practices and Personal Data Privacy reestablishment.

Senator Limmer presents SF 1467.

S.F. 1614: Senator Mathews: Legislative Commission on Data Practices and Personal Data Privacy prior expiration provisions modifications.

Senator Limmer takes over as chair. Senator Mathews presents his SF 1614 bill.

 

There is a technical A1 author’s amendment that Senator Mathews needs to move. 

 

The amendment is adopted.
