Senator Paul J. Utke called the meeting to order at 8:33 AM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 1028: Senator Housley: Mental health services provisions modifications.

Senator Dornink moved SF 1028.
 
Senator Dornink moved the A-1 Amendment. Motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.
