S.F. 2313: Senator Utke: Insurance provisions modifications for conformance with certain model regulations authorization (re-referral).



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 2313, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2185: Senator Kiffmeyer: Art grant application data submitted to board of arts or to regional arts councils classification authorization (pending re-referral).



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 2185, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2120: Senator Rosen: Correctional facility employees administration of opiate antagonists authorization (pending re-referral).



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2120, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
