Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:30am

S.F. 102: Senator Johnson: Legislative approval for certain water pollution fees requirement.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 102, as discussed and may become part of the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1213: Senator Ruud: Minnesota aquatic invasive species research center at the University of Minnesota (U of M) grants appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1213, as discussed and may become part of the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1949: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Dry cleaners fees modifications; conditional limited transfer of sales tax revenues permission; appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1949, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1729: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Chronic wasting disease and wildlife disease management appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1729, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2307: Senator Chamberlain: Trichloroethylene (TCE) emissions response account and stakeholder group creation; TCE emissions fines disposition.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2307, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
