Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 5:45 pm.

S.F. 582: Senator Rest: Redistricting advisory commission appointment authorization; districting principles establishment; Legislative Coordinating Commission redistricting duties establishment.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 582, be laid on the table. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2255: Senator Kiffmeyer: Constitutional amendment establishing a redistricting commission and principles.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2255, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2029: Senator Weber: County audits by state auditor law application clarification.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 2029, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Local Government Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
