Chair Osmek called the meeting into order at 1:05 PM

S.F. 1915: Senator Rarick: Conservation Improvement Program Modernization Act of 2019; state energy savings policy goal update; conservation improvement programs for consumer-owned utilities; public utilities provisions modification.



Senator Rarick moved that S.F. 1915, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
