S.F. 316: Senator Howe: State and local governments impacted by new information technology
business software user acceptance testing involvement requirement.
Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 316, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 695: Senator Hall: Human services department and metropolitan council data sharing for
special transportation purposes authorization.
Senator Hall moved that S.F. 695, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 998: Senator Koran: Cities and towns professional private consultants hiring process
establishment.
Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 998, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION FAILED.
S.F. 1684: Senator Housley: Scandia subordinate service district broadband service authorization.
Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 1684, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
