Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:36 AM

S.F. 1339: Senator Nelson: Light rail transit (LRT) operators subject to reckless and careless driving law provisions.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 1339, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 1407: Senator Johnson: Railroad crossing requirements to include on-track equipment.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1407, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1113: Senator Westrom: Farm truck definition extension to pickup trucks.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1113, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1122: Senator Franzen: Mileage-based user fee pilot program establishment and appropriation.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
