Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:36 AM

S.F. 179: Senator Anderson: Decommissioned military vehicles registration and use authorization.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 179, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1409: Senator Howe: All-electric vehicles annual surcharge increase; hybrid vehicles annual surcharge establishment.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1409, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 944: Senator Dibble: Minneapolis I-94 engine braking restriction authorization.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 944, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 228: Senator Latz: DWI offenders examination requirement as a condition of driver license reinstatement exemption.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 228, be recommended to pass.
