Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:07. Quorum Present.

S.F. 751: Senator Rosen: Opiate epidemic response; registration fee; response advisory council; response account; appropriation; provisions modifications (pending re- referral).



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 751, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 766: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Driving while intoxicated (DWI) modifications; ignition interlock device contract with manufacturer modification.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 766, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the DWI Omnibus bill.
