Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:08.

S.F. 75: Senator Osmek: Cell phone use while driving provisions modifications; penalties for texting while driving increase; forfeiture of wireless communications devices used in certain violations authorization; improper use of wireless communications devices while driving crimes are not payable offenses; criminal vehicular operation crime expansion; driver education and driver\'s manual to cover distracted driving requirement (re-referral).



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 75, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 91: Senator Newman: Cell phone use while driving prohibition, hands free mode exception (re- referral).



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 91, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
