Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 1:05 pm.

S.F. 603: Senator Utke: Administrative rulemaking provisions modification.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 603, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 774: Senator Koran: Hair braiders exemption from cosmetology registration requirements.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 774, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 751, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
