Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 3:04pm

S.F. 74: Senator Relph: Health and human services provisions modifications.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 74, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 4: Senator Relph: Human services provider enrollment medical assistance (MA) modification; counted income clarification; surety bond requirements; programs documentation, and commissioner of human services authority modifications; visit verification system; universal identification number; fraud prevention investigations appropriation.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 4, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Family Care and Aging Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
