Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:35 AM. Quorum present.

S.F. 3423: Senator Pratt: Suburb-to-suburb transit demonstration project establishment and appropriation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3423, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1733: Senator Franzen: Window glazing exceptions for limousines clarification.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1733, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 3820: Senator Tomassoni: Specialist Noah Pierce bridge designation in Eveleth authorization.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3820, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2657: Senator Clausen: Warrant Officer Dennis A. Groth Memorial Bridge on U.S. highway #52 in Rosemount designation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2657, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3619, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 3806, be laid over.
