Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.

S.F. 3392: Senator Chamberlain: MNsure operations funding and health carriers and plans certification authority modifications; federal waivers and approvals submission deadline requirement; human services commissioner risk-bearing limitations imposition.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 3392, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2725: Senator Abeler: Medical assistance (MA) preferred incontinence product program repeal.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 2725, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1275: Senator Abeler: Doula services medical assistance (MA) reimbursement rates establishment.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1275, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2659: Senator Clausen: University of Minnesota (U of M) pediatric residents mental health training program appropriation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 2659, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2631: Senator Hawj: St. Paul grant to the TAP appropriation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 2631, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
