Senator Jeremy R. Miller called the meeting to order at 1:05 pm.

S.F. 2064: Senator Draheim: Accessibility requirements for public buildings modification.



Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 2064, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3580: Senator Bakk: Taconite assistance area definition modification; taconite economic development fund use clarification and 2018 distribution transfer authorization.



Senator Champion moved that S.F. 3580, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3630: Senator Dibble: Workers compensation court of appeals judges salary basis determination adjustment.



Senator Miller moved that S.F. 3630, be laid over.
