Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:30. Quorum Present.

S.F. 3438: Senator Housley: Minnesota health records act, health care bill of rights, nursing homes, home care providers, housing with services, and assisted living regulations, and reporting modifications; data sharing; penalties imposition; advisory task force creation.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 3438, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 919: Senator Housley: Older and vulnerable adults financial exploitation protection establishment (pending re-referral).
