Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 6:36 P.M. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2611: Senator Fischbach: University of Minnesota (U of M) board of regents election process modification.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 2611, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2870: Senator Koran: State civil service employee telecommuting limitation.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2870, as amended, be laid over.

S.F. 2585: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Ionizing radiation-producing equipment security screening systems addition authorization.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 2585, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3048: Senator Hall: Dan Patch designation as official state horse.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 3048, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2605: Senator Housley: School district bond referendums requirements modifications.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 2605, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Local Government Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
