Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:08pm. Quorum Present.

S.F. 2582: Senator Pratt: Interfering with point of sale terminals, gas pump dispensers and automated teller machines crime establishment.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 2582, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1696: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Vehicle registration information trade association access authorization.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1696, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

SF 1197, SF 676, SF 413, and SF 817 were returned to the Judiciary and
     Public Safety Committee. The committee will not take public testimony on
     these bills since they were debated last year. The committee will take a
     procedural vote to send the bills back to General Orders.



S.F. 1197: Senator Johnson: Verdicts, awards and judgements Interest regulation.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 1197, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 676: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Trunk highway or airport traffic access obstruction penalties increase; transit obstruction crime modification.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 676, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 413: Senator Latz: DWI forfeiture law application prohibition for ignition interlock program participants.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 413, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 817: Senator Limmer: Omnibus data practices bill.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 817, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
