Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 11:33 a.m.
S.F. 2375: Senator Limmer: Driver\'s license revocation guidelines establishment; warrant
requirement to obtain blood and urine samples establishment.
Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 2375, The previous committee report from the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety for SF 2375 be adopted and J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings.. - MOTION ADOPTED.
