Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 5:00PM

S.F. 1087: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Environmental reforms; environmental quality board elimination.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1087, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 2103: Senator Tomassoni: Natural Resources Research Institute annual grant appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2103, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1351: Senator Goggin: Water restoration or replacement orders recording prohibition under certain conditions.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1351, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
