Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 1:05pm. Quorum Present.

S.F. 1598: Senator Hall: Domestic assault by strangulation impact on custody, parenting plans and parenting time modification.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 1598, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1568: Senator Limmer: Legislative commission on data practices expiration date delay authorization.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 1568, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1196: Senator Limmer: Real property owners duty to trespassers specification.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 1196, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
