Senator Michelle L. Fischbach called the meeting to order at 1 PM.

S.F. 871: Senator Clausen: Student loan debt counseling program grant appropriation.

S.F. 1519: Senator Abeler: Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) tuition reduction appropriation.
