Absent: Senator D. Scott Dibble

Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:05pm

S.F. 844: Senator Johnson: Demolition debris landfill permitting compliance requirement.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 844, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1093: Senator Ruud: Open air swine basins ban extension.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 1093, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1695: Senator Ruud: Off-highway motorcycle education and training program, Minnesota Naturalist Corps, invasive species and state water trail provisions, forest trails designation, water safety requirements, wildlife possession and transport, and department of natural resources (DNR) duties modifications.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1695, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1123: Senator Ruud: Timber sales requirements and outdoor recreation rules requirements modifications.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1123, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1374: Senator Eichorn: Natural resources enforcement and penalty provisions modification.



Senator Eichorn moved that S.F. 1374, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 1290: Senator Mathews: Groundwater appropriation permit requirements and well interference claim requirements modifications.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 1290, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.
