Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:32 AM. A quorom was present.

S.F. 2019: Senator Anderson: Railroad or mass transit right-of-way metropolitan council and counties contract for use authorization; civil liability regulation.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1746: Senator Lang: U.S. highway #212 Chaska to Montevideo segment inclusion in corridors of commerce program requirement.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1280: Senator Jensen: Aviation taxes on gasoline used as a substitute for aviation gasoline revenue dedication to state airports fund authorization; aviation tax refund to commercial pesticide applicators authorization.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 1280, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 70: Senator Ruud: Compressed natural gas tax rate modification.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 70, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2091: Senator Lang: Emergency vehicle exemption from motor vehicle size, weight and load restrictions authorization.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1564: Senator Koran: Chip A. Imker memorial highway establishment.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 1564, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
