Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:07 PM.

S.F. 663: Senator Relph: Safe Harbor for All; sex trafficking victims strategic plan, report requirement and appropriation.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 663, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 428: Senator Relph: Ambulance services medical assistance (MA) rate increase scope expansion.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 428, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 815: Senator Nelson: Medical faculty license permanency.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 815, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 1184: Senator Nelson: Biological products substitution standards establishment and pharmaceutical drug definition modification.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 1184, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1421: Senator Jensen: Demonstration pilot projects for certain complex patient populations authorization; health care providers serving managed care enrollees fee schedule establishment; health care service provider payments and quality standards reform authorization; health information technology grants establishment; health care workforce pilot projects authorization and appropriation.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 1421, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1340: Senator Jensen: Quality of health care services assessment measures offered by health care providers provisions modifications.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 1340, be laid on the table.

S.F. 1616: Senator Lourey: Children\'s hospitals contingent alternative medical assistance (MA) payment method authorization.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 1616, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 654: Senator Lourey: Nursing facility payment system policy and technical modifications and report requirement.



Be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 594: Senator Abeler: Health care delivery pilot program created by or including North Memorial health care establishment.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 594, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1492: Senator Benson: Medical assistance (MA) prepaid health plans managed care competitive bidding and procurement.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1492, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 998: Senator Benson: Public health nurse home visits medical assistance (MA) reimbursement rate increase.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 998, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1472: Senator Benson: Nonprofit health maintenance organization (HMO) conversions provisions modifications.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1472, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.
