Senator Dan D. Hall called the meeting to order at 4:45 P.M.

S.F. 2092: Senator Draheim: Municipality use of public utility license, permit, rights or franchise fees to raise revenue biennial notice and referendum requirement.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 2092, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
