Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:08 PM.

S.F. 182: Senator Clausen: Primary care and mental health professions clinical training expansion grant program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Klein moved that S.F. 182, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 925: Senator Clausen: Legislative health care workforce commission expiration extension and work plan report requirement and appropriation.



Be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 112: Senator Housley: Palliative care advisory committee establishment.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 112, be laid over.

S.F. 537: Senator Abeler: Occupational therapy practice board creation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 537, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 1581: Senator Abeler: Prescribed pediatric extended care centers licensure requirement.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1581, as amended and referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 720: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan as a state-based reinsurance program with Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association administration authorization and appropriation; provider taxes authorization; reinsurance tax imposition.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 720, as amended and referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 216: Senator Lourey: Medical assistance (MA) claims against estates provisions modifications.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 216, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 781: Senator Lourey: Health and human services state budget establishment, miscellaneous provisions modifications, and appropriations.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 781, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
