S.F. 1088: Senator Pratt: Consumer protection stakeholder group relating to residential PACE financing establishment; residential PACE financing authorization suspension authorization.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 1088, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1672: Senator Draheim: Wind easements, options and leases for commercial operation projects effective date delay authorization.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1672, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
