Senator Karin Housley called the meeting to order at 8:32 A.M.

S.F. 818: Senator Housley: Housing with services establishments hearing loss training requirements.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 818, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1433: Senator Housley: Nursing assistant training and competency evaluation reimbursable expenses provisions modification.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 1433, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1422: Senator Abeler: Nursing facility rate adjustment effective dates consolidation authorization.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1422, as amended and referred to the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1874: Senator Anderson: Patient definition expansion to include adult children of deceased patients *Pending referral*.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1874, as amended and referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
