Senator Torrey N. Westrom called the meeting to order at 3:13 PM.

S.F. 405: Senator Draheim: Noxious weed confirmation notification to adjacent landowner requirement; state employees official duties penalties protection extension.



Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 405, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1453: Senator Ruud: Wolf-livestock conflict prevention pilot program grants appropriation.



Senator Westrom moved that S.F. 1453, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1140: Senator Lang: Noxious weed grant program implementation and appropriation.



Senator Lang moved that S.F. 1140, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1497: Senator Westrom: Workforce and affordable housing program appropriation.



Senator Westrom moved that S.F. 1497, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 908: Senator Westrom: Workforce housing challenge grants establishment and appropriation.



Senator Westrom moved that S.F. 908, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
