Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:04pm. Quorum Present.

S.F. 1098: Senator Limmer: Public safety motor vehicle tampering crime establishment.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1098, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 445: Senator Limmer: Peace officer crisis response training, conflict management and cultural diversity requirement; police officer training reimbursement increase and reform; pathway to policing programs reimbursement grants establishment; police officer standards and training (POST) board collection of peace officer race data for a limited purpose establishment; appropriation.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 445, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 648: Senator Latz: 72-hour emergency hold notice of release or discharge notice limitation specification.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 648, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1614: Senator Limmer: Public safety department (DPS) data sharing with courts authorization.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1614, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1615: Senator Limmer: Outdated statutes relating to court reporters update; drug court renaming to treatment court authorization; direct appeals of referee orders and decrees in probate and civil commitment court proceedings to the court of appeals establishment; penalty of perjury for documents provided to the court statute clarification; harassment restraining orders service modification.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1615, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
