Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:33 AM. A quorom was present. Senator Osmek was excused.

S.F. 218: Senator Dahms: Road authorities mowing requirements and permits establishment prohibition.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 218, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 990: Senator Fischbach: Highway user tax distribution fund deposit of estimated sales tax revenue from sale of motor vehicle parts.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 990, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1009: Senator Pratt: Transfer-on-death of title to motor vehicles and motor vehicle sales tax exemption for transfer.



Not heard.

S.F. 64: Senator Housley: I 94/494/694 interchange safety improvement and congestion relief study requirement.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 254: Senator Goggin: Passenger rail project expenditures restrictions, environmental insurance requirement, and public money expenditure prohibition.
