Senator Karin Housley called the meeting to order at 10:36 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 879: Senator Utke: Minnesota Joint Underwriting Association liquor liability and medical malpractice coverage authorization.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 879, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1072: Senator Pratt: Sales representatives termination regulation.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 1072, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1106: Senator Utke: Individual health plans issuers commissions payment regulation.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1106, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
