Senator Karin Housley called the meeting to order at 10:37 a.m. A quorum was present. Senators Chamberlain and Champion were excused.

S.F. 720: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan as a state-based reinsurance program with Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association administration authorization and appropriation.



Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 720, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:03 p.m.
