Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:33 AM. A quorom was present at 10:36 AM.

S.F. 23: Senator Osmek: Start Seeing Motorcycles special license plate establishment and appropriation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 23, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 77: Senator Kiffmeyer: Motorcycle insurance coverage rate reduction requirement; \"Start Seeing Motorcycles\" motor vehicle and motorcycle license plates issuance; motorcycle safety fund general fund credit removal.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 77, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1063: Senator Westrom: Special overweight permits for hauling construction materials authorization.

S.F. 821: Senator Newman: State road construction appropriation modification.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 821, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
