Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:05 PM.

S.F. 815: Senator Nelson: Medical faculty license permanency.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 815, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 482: Senator Nelson: Health licensing title protection and grounds for disciplinary action clarification and technical changes.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 482, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 93: Senator Hayden: Community medical response emergency medical technician services criteria modification.



Senator Hayden moved that S.F. 93, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 428: Senator Relph: Ambulance services medical assistance (MA) rate increase scope expansion.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 428, be laid on the table.

S.F. 663: Senator Relph: Safe Harbor for All; sex trafficking victims strategic plan, report requirement and appropriation.



Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 663, be laid on the table.

S.F. 531: Senator Gazelka: Child sex trafficking prevention director duties modification; forfeited money transfer from public safety department to health department authorization; shelter services for sexually exploited youth and youth at risk of sexual exploitation appropriation.



Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 531, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
