Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:00pm.

S.F. 672: Senator Ruud: Draft impaired waters list public comment period requirement modification; impaired waters lists challenge process; publicly owned wastewater treatment facility applicants notice requirement.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 672, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 737: Senator Weber: Pollution control agency (PCA) effluent limitations compliance requirement.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 737, as amended and referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 399: Senator Johnson: Red River of the North river watch program appropriation.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
