S.F. 695: Senator Newman: Pollution control agency (PCA) action review authorization; unadopted rule use prohibition.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 695, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 672: Senator Ruud: Draft impaired waters list public comment period requirement modification; impaired waters lists challenge process; publicly owned wastewater treatment facility applicants notice requirement.
