Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:00pm

S.F. 1155: Senator Dahms: Heating oil vendor responsibility for heating oil spills inside residential locations under the petroleum tank release cleanup act.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 1155, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 844: Senator Johnson: Demolition debris landfill permitting compliance requirement.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1093: Senator Ruud: Open air swine basins ban extension.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 245: Senator Lang: Fairfax operation of Fort Ridgely state park golf course agreement requirement.
