Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at
S.F. 811: Senator Lourey: Indian tribe officials leave of absence when elected to public office
authorization.
Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 811, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 1225: Senator Kiffmeyer: Elections practice of challenges provisions consolidation; statewide
voter registration system voter status update by secretary of state
requirement; voter status change notice requirement and contest process;
provisional ballot system.
Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 1225, as amended, recommended to pass and included in the Omnibus. - MOTION PREVAILED.
