Senator Patricia Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. S.F. 229 Koenen Lawful gambling modifications; casino style games prohibition; play at the pump, ATM, and internet lottery ticket sales suspension. Senator Hall moves the A2 amendment. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Torres Ray stated that a quorum is present.
